• He is the founder of the firm and has experience of 20 years in the field of Auditing and Assurance, Taxation, Accounting, Corporate Laws and other allied services. He specialises in Audit and Assurance, Taxation and Management Consultancy for corporate clients.
• He has worked extensively with clients engaged in the business of Forgings, UPS, Geospatial and Multidiscipline Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Architectural, Software, Glass, Polymers, Poultry, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, Precision tools, Fabrication etc. He has conducted Statutory and Revenue Audits of Nationalised Banks and represented the clients before various revenue authorities.

Bal Narayan, FCA

• He has experience of 16 years in the field of Auditing, Accounting and taxation of manufacturing and service industries. He specialises in Accounting, Audit & Taxation of corporate and non-corporate clients.
• He has worked extensively with clients engaged in the business of Engineering, Hotels, Vaccum Rubber, Architectural, Software, Poultry, Polymers, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, Precision tools, Fabrication etc. and various service industries.

Dhana Kumar Rana, CA (Inter)

• He has experience of 18 years in the field of Auditing, Accounting, Budgeting, MIS reporting & Taxation of Manufacturing, Software, Management Consultancy, Forging, Hospitality Companies and Schools.
• He is an expert in providing CFO services to corporate clients including budgeting and cash flow management.

Jaigar Kadirvelu, CA (Final)

• He has experience of 20 years in the field of Auditing and Assurance, Taxation, Accounting, Corporate Laws and other allied services Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Auditing, Accounting, Budgeting, MIS Reporting & Taxation of Manufacturing, Software and Management Consultancy Companies.
• He specialises in Financial Analysis, MIS Reporting, Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Transfer Pricing of corporate clients. He has worked with Titan Industries, Reuters and Accenture.
